Buyer’s Declaration: “I in no way hold True Hunter Supply liable for my ability or inability to purchase any items from True Hunter Supply, including age-restricted items or items that may not be sold to the area in which I reside. I agree that I am of age and legal status to purchase any items that I order from True Hunter Supply, and that any fraudulent representation on my part will in no way be attributed to any actions on the part of True Hunter Supply or any owners, partners, and affiliates thereof. I am responsible for knowing all of my local laws as well as any pertinent state laws, and I order all products offered by True Hunter Supply with the knowledge that there is no warranty regarding the legality of my actions in my local area.”

True Hunter Supply will require ID for all restricted items such as ammunition, magazines, gun parts, and any other items that may be governed by age or location restrictions. Some items may not be sold to certain areas; sales of regulated items will be processed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

This agreement may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of True Hunter Supply, and will be effective immediately upon amendment. This does not apply to orders placed prior to the amendment of this agreement, but is applicable to all future transactions.

Liability Limit.  We are not responsible for the use or misuse of any of our products. True Hunter Supply will not be held liable for any damages that result from use or misuse of products sold. true Hunter Supply will never in any way be held responsible for any amounts greater than the total purchase price of any items purchased from True Hunter Supply.

Credit and Check Card Payments:  We will accept credit cards and check cards for payment as cash. In order to maintain the strictest level of security for both the consumer and True hunter Supply, we may require identification from the buyer at any time during the course of a transaction, including identification for the purposes of credit card verification. We do not ship merchandise to locations other than the billing address of any respective credit cart unless prior arrangements are made. The buyer should contact us if they wish to be granted an exception with regards to this policy. We reserve the right to decline any credit card that doesn't meet any internal policies of True Hunter Supply. The buyer agrees not to process any charge backs for any charge that the buyer has authorized. We will credit your credit/check card for any items returned for refund or any items lost in shipping as per the policies of True Hunter Supply. If this provision is breached and a charge back is processed in violation of this agreement, we may charge your card for the amount of the charge back, all bank fees, and charge back fees.

Litigation and Attorney’s Fees:  Any dispute to this agreement shall be made in the jurisdiction of the office of True hunter Supply; namely Stanislaus county, California. By making a purchase with True Hunter Supply, the buyer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Stanislaus County, California, and specifically waives any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction. True Hunter Supply deems that $3000 shall be reasonable legal fees for council in regards to the preliminary litigation of any buyer’s breach of this agreement. Any extended litigation will be at the buyer’s expense; by making any purchase with True Hunter Supply the buyer agrees to reimburse True Hunter Supply for any and all legal fees that result from the breach of this agreement by the buyer.

Access to True Hunter Supply’s Internet Website shall not be guaranteed for any reason at any time. True Hunter Supply will not be held liable for any damages, perceived or real, that result from the buyer’s inability to access True Hunter Supply’s website. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to it’s conflicts or choice of laws principles. In any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement, our services or products, the Superior Court of Stanislaus County, State of California, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue, over such action, or if that court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, the United States District Court for California, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue over such action.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches by you or others. Any parts of this agreement that are found to be inadmissible in a court of law will not affect any other provisions made in this agreement. If you do not accept this agreement do not purchase any products or services from True Hunter Supply.
